Matt Huebner founded Arete Aviation in 2023 to apply his aircraft maintenance and management experience in supporting aircraft owners
With 20+ years in aviation, Matt has held AME, Production Manager, and PRM roles, overseeing fleet management, quality assurance, and complex maintenance work. His background includes experience with diverse aircraft types, from small piston aircraft to transport category aircraft. His training encompasses both technical and management certifications, including a Transport Canada AME license and various type-specific courses.
